Our Story

Named for the sky.

Cielo means sky — for the big, open blue we look up to when we dream. We make the small thing that carries your medicine so you can carry on chasing it.

It started with a diagnosis, a handful of pills, and the stubborn belief that the things we have to carry every day should be beautiful, not clinical.

From the founder

I needed to carry my medicine everywhere.

When I was diagnosed with an autoimmune illness, my medication became something I could never be without. But every pill holder I found felt like a reminder that I was sick — flimsy, plastic, easy to lose, easy to forget.

I wanted the opposite. Something solid enough to outlast me. Something waterproof, machined from a single block of steel, that rode on my keys so I could never leave it behind. Something so well-made it felt less like a medical device and more like a small, quiet piece of jewelry.

So I made it. Then friends wanted one, and their friends, and people I'd never met. Cielo grew out of a simple idea: the medicine you can't live without deserves a holder you'll actually love.
