Every Cielo Pill Holder is backed by our lifetime promise. If your purchase is ever not right, we'll make it right.

Our return window

We accept returns at any time — there is no time limit. Whether it's a week after your order or years later, our promise does not expire.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at chris@cielopillholders.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund, a replacement, or a different size or style. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions, usually the same business day.

Return shipping

Return shipping is always free. We provide a prepaid label every time, so a return never costs you anything.

Refunds

Once your returned item reaches us, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the refund to your statement.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your order for a different size or style. Let us know what you'd like and we'll send the replacement out. If there is a price difference, we'll resolve it fairly, and return shipping is still on us.

Condition of returned items

We simply ask that returned items are clean and complete, in the same condition you would want to receive them. Because our holders are built to last, normal handling is never a problem.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that's on us. Email a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement right away — in most cases with no return needed.
