If you are ever not completely satisfied — for any reason, at any time — you may return your Cielo Pill Holder for a full refund or a replacement. There is no time limit and no questions asked.
Returns are always free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label, so it never costs you anything to send a product back.
How to start a return:
Email chris@cielopillholders.com with your order number and a brief note. We will reply with a prepaid return label and process your refund or replacement as soon as we receive your item (or sooner).
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after we receive your return.
