Where a 24 inch chain sits
It ships at 24 inches and the connector takes it in as short as you want. Most people wear it somewhere in the shaded range.

Will the chain fit the pill holder I already own?
Yes. Every Cielo Pill Holder either has a loop machined into the cap or ships on a keyring, and the chain attaches to both. You do not need to tell us which one you have.
How long is the chain, and can it be shorter?
24 inches, with a connector that slides, so it is easy to wear it shorter.
Can I wear it under a shirt?
That is what most people do. At 24 inches the holder sits mid chest, below a crew neckline, and it is small enough that it does not read as a medical device.
Is the chain made in the USA?
Not yet. We have machined these pill holders in Minnesota for thirteen years, and the chain is the one part we do not make yet. It is imported stainless steel. If people wear them, we will bring the chain home too.
Does it hold nitroglycerin?
Yes. Wearing it is the main reason people choose a chain for a nitroglycerin pill holder, since a rescue dose in a bag in another room is not much use.
What if I would rather carry it on my keys?
Then you already have what you need. The keychain pill holder is the original Cielo carry, and the chain is only there for people who want it worn instead.
